This guide presents a detailed worked example of a complete project. Model Demonstration Design Project uses the information in the Practical Guide to HVAC Building Services Calculations, BG30/2003, in a project scenario. 

It shows the steps required to complete the calculations in the context of a typical three-floor office building. It also contains a useful overview of the building process, which includes RIBA Plan of Work, assembling the project team, briefing, duties of the building services engineers and the design process.
