This report pulls together invaluable information that is especially relevant to M&E contractors. Data is also appropriate for end users who need to set targets or the supply chain whose work aligns with M&E requirement. 

It identifies likely workload in various sectors, which is based on an extensive review of several thousand dossiers to determine the percentage share taken by building services in a range of different premises. This has enabled a total overhaul of the M&E forecasts which are now broken down into far more segments. Other business opportunities are explored such as energy retrofit and the vast potential, as yet untapped, in existing buildings.
