BSRIA's Legislation and Compliance Online Database supscription covers selected acts, regulations, and compliance information in the United Kingdom.

This online resource replaces our annual legislation CD and will enable you to quickly search records relating to building services. A simple keyword search will produce a list of the related acts, regulations and compliance information. The database will be continually updated to help keep you informed of new legislation.

Highlights include:
- Each selected Act or Regulation describing the building services aspects of that legislation
- Information includes commencement dates, brief descriptions, authorities for enforcement
- Additional compliance guidance from a facilities management perspective
- Full text links 

An annual subscription to this resource will provide you with access to the fully searchable database, facilities management guidance on compliance, updated information on new legislation and a copy of our Legislation Guidance Notes.
