Laboratory testing of air cleaners (S 22/1999)
This specification seeks to identify and promote good practice in the accommodation of smokers and non-smokers in harmony. Aims to establish uniform laboratory test procedures for measuring the performance of devices known as air cleaners. Attributes to be measured being the relative removal rate of particulate matter contained within the cigarette smoke, air volume flow rate, electrical power consumption and the relative acoustical performance.
